Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) serves the homeschooling community nationwide by providing legal assistance in the event of homeschooling-related legal problems.

TPA families can enroll with Home School Legal Defense Association as part of CHECK’s discount group for $85 per year, a discount of 15% from the regular $100 annual fee. Visit the HSLDA website for more information.
