We are gearing up for the 2012 TPA Convention.  We currently have exhibitors registered for the up coming convention and are planning on many more.
The 2012 convention will be held Friday, June 1st and Saturday, June 2nd.

Exhibitor Advertising Opportunities

We are trying to implement some ideas that we believe can benefit your business at our convention.


First, we are once again going to be selling advertising spots on our Keynote Session PowerPoint Slideshow.  The slideshow will run for approximately 10 minutes before and after each of our Keynote Sessions.  This gives good exposure to the slides by most of the people that attend our Keynote Sessions. The slides will change approximately every 7 seconds, which should ensure each slide is shown a minimum of 4 times during each run.  WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF ADVERTISING SPOTS TO SELL TO ENSURE EACH AD HAS GOOD EXPOSURE.  These will be sold on a first come - first served basis.  Each advertiser will be responsible for creating their own ad to be run on a computer using Windows 7 operating system with Microsoft PowerPoint 2007.  We will limit the ads to 1 per company to allow as many exhibitors this opportunity as possible.  The cost to purchase an advertising spot is $20.00 and can be purchased below with PayPal or by sending payment to TPA, attn: David Maness.


Second, we are going to offer our exhibitors the opportunity to donate items for giveaway drawings.  We will pick a random winner from our Workshop Evaluation forms that are filled out after each workshop session and post the winners and the prizes, along with who donated the item, at the TPA speaker table by registration.  This will provide advertising for the donating exhibitors at the front of the exhibitor hall floor.  There are a total of 9 workshop sessions which could mean up to 80 separate drawings.  Winners will be required to be present to claim their prize.  Any unclaimed prizes by the end of Convention will be donated to the TPA sponsored homeschool library.  If you would like to donate items for the give-away, please send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and let us know what you will be bringing with you to the convention.  (Donations will be received at the speaker table during set-up on Thursday).
