A Note from the TPA Convention Director -

The desire of TPA is to provide homeschooling families in Kansas the resources, encouragement and support you need as you strive to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for your child’s home education.
We hope you have decided to attend this weekend.  We all have to choose wisely as we want to be good stewards of God’s time and money.  This is truly an investment into our children’s education and our needs differ from child to child and from year to year.  What better time than now, at the convention, to get this hands-on opportunity and be able to compare not only price, but how it will fit into our family. 


Both Todd Wilson (Keynote Speaker) and Dianne Craft (Featured Speaker) will be here to support us in our decisions to educate our children at home.  I am excited to hear what they have to say to encourage us in this journey.


When you attend the workshops, whether you are a new homeschooler or a veteran homeschooler, we hope you find information that will be helpful - not only to encourage you, but also to give you some resources for a great school year.  Isn’t this what it is all about?  Educating our children is what we want to do.  The Convention is a place we can get some resources to help us do that.


One of my favorite highlights of our convention is to talk with old friends and make new friends.  It is a time we can reconnect and give one another encouragement.
